How does billing work?

You pay your tier's base price each month, which includes that tier's allowance of lead emails. Process more than the allowance and each additional email is billed at your tier's per-email rate. Billing runs through Stripe, and you can manage your card, plan, and invoices from your account at any time.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. Move up or down any time from the Stripe billing portal in your account, with proration handled automatically. Start on the tier that matches today's volume and adjust as your inbound grows.
