These terms apply to your use of redanthos.com, the umbrella marketing site for Red Anthos Development (“we,” “us”). Our products — including TrouperList and Race Flow — have their own terms which govern your use of those products.

Use of the site

You may browse this site for personal and business informational purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site or its underlying infrastructure;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our written permission (see our Security page for the proper channel);
  • Scrape or collect content from the site in a way that violates applicable law;
  • Use the site to violate any law or the rights of others.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, code, logos, and other materials on this site are owned by Red Anthos Development or used with permission. You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. All other rights are reserved.

This site links to third-party sites, including the sites for our products and the tools they integrate with. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Anthos Development is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
